Upcoming Changes to Branch Hours

Due to the rising positive cases of Covid-19, Me-Dian will be reducing our member service hours;

 

Winnipeg Branch - 9:30am to 3:00pm to the public. 3:00pm to 5:00pm APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

Grand Rapids Branch - 9:30am to 2:00pm

 

We appreciate your co-operation during these trying times and what to thank our members and communities.

 

 

COVID-19 Code Red State

 

 

Effective November 2nd, due to the CODE Red state for the city of Winnipeg we ask that all members book an appointment if they require to meet with a financial advisor.

 

For the safety of our members and staff we also ask that any daily transactions be completed through our ATM, online banking or contacting us at 204-943-9111.

 

If you require to submit any documentation in regards to your account we will be closely monitoring all fax requests.

We regret to inform you that due to system wide changes the last day for partial Mcash payments will be January 1, 2021.

Print a Void Cheque

 

Now you can print a digital version of your void cheque that will provide you a documented letter with your banking information.   This can be printed or saved in order to set up automatic withdrawals/debits or deposits as needed.

 

A couple of tips before you start:

 

  • - It is recommended for you to use a computer to log into your online banking to get access to your void cheque as it will be easier to navigate and save the document if needed.
  • - This option is not available through our mobile app at this time.  You will need to go through our online banking via our website to access this option.
