At Me-Dian Credit Union, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our Members and strengthen the experience you have with us every day. One of the most important ways we can do that is by simply asking, and listening.

Our Member Feedback Survey gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts on your experiences with our team, our services, and how we can continue to grow as your financial partner. Whether it’s something we’re doing well or something we can improve, your feedback directly helps guide the decisions we make.

Me-Dian Credit Union Survey Contest Rules 

1. Eligibility 

• Open to all Me-Dian Credit Union members. Entries are awarded at a rate of one draw entry per share held. Authorized signors on business accounts may enter once per business share held. 

• Participants must be 18 years or older. (Compliance, privacy and parental consent) 

• Employees of Me-Dian Credit Union are not eligible. 

2. Contest Period 

• The contest runs continuously throughout the year. 

• Draws occur every three months (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31).
  *If a draw date falls on a non-business day or when Me-Dian Credit Union is closed, the draw will take place on the nearest business day.
  

• Entries must be received before each draw date to qualify. 

• ONE ENTRY PER MEMBER PER QUARTER 

• Winners limited to one WIN per year calendar year 

3. How to Enter 

• Complete and submit the Me-Dian Credit Union survey. 

• Surveys can be accessed:  

• • In-branch at any Me-Dian Credit Union location. 

• • Online at www.mediancu.mb.ca/survey 

• Limit of one entry per person per quarter. 

4. Prize Details 

• One winner per quarter will receive $100 CAD deposited into their account within 14 days of the draw. 

• Member will be invited to come take a photo in branch with the big cheque.  

5. Winner Selection 

• Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries.
  
• Draw dates: March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31.
  *If a draw date falls on a non-business day or when Me-Dian Credit Union is closed, the draw will take place on the nearest business day.
  
• Winners will be notified by phone or email within two business days. If we do not receive a response within seven business days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. 

6. Conditions 

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for winner announcements on Me-Dian Credit Union’s website and social media. 

• Surveys must be completed honestly; fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 

7. Privacy 

• Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties. 

8. Liability 

• Me-Dian Credit Union is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation. 

9. Governing Law 

• Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
